Welcome.

Becoming a mother can be one of the most meaningful transitions of your life—and also one of the most emotionally complex. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or not like yourself, you are not alone, and you are not failing.

I am a clinical psychologist specializing in supporting women during the perinatal period, including pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for women experiencing perinatal OCD, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and the many emotional challenges that can arise as you adjust to motherhood. Whether your thoughts feel intrusive and frightening, your worry feels constant, or you’re struggling under the weight of new expectations, support is available.

In addition to perinatal care, I work with women across the lifespan who are experiencing anxiety disorders, OCD, phobias, and related concerns. My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and tailored to you—honoring your experiences while helping you build skills to feel more grounded, confident, and in control.

Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to “hold it all together.” It’s a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re going through, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change. You deserve care that understands both the science and the lived reality of being a woman navigating complex inner and outer demands.

You’re welcome here.
